The State-of-art prominent Setup located at Agra , Uttar Pradesh spread across more than 15000 sq.mt. of UPSIDC industrial land, with four- high speed extrusion lines of German Technology and more than 25 sets of toolings with automatic centralized mixers to produce India's best extra UV resistance uPVC door and window profiles under the brand name The profiles are lead free, RoHS compliant, supported by German Technology and extruded out of specially formulated compound to meet the tropical Indian climate conditions which are severe compared to climate conditions of China, Australia& other European countries etc.
The product range also includes laminated profile with base colour matching the foil shades. The laminated foils used are suitable for tropical climate conditions

Advantages of uPVC Doors & Windows
uPVC is the material that is used for doors and windows, as it is unplasticized making the material much more rigid due to vinyl being the most predominant material, also providing highly efficient insulation properties to housing.
THERMAL EFFICIENCY
Unlike metals, uPVC is non-conductive material, its use in window frames does not transfer heat and therefore contributes to a more consistent internal temperature for a building. FIRE RESISTANTS
JPI windows and doors have been tested to prove that the upvc used in the manufacture of our frames is self-extinguishing and will not hold a flame, making them a perfect choice for a safe home for you and your family. UPVC windows will not accelerate the spread of flames in the event of a fire as the chlorine content of the PVC acts as a fire retardant. UPVC window frames do not melt which is a common misconception based on how people perceive other plastic materials.
RAIN BARRIER
